Inspiration:
My name is Robert Bjorn Taylor. I’m a Bartender and Hospitality Professional here in Austin, Texas. I love my coffee and spirits, so let’s celebrate both by using my favorite Coffee Spirit Jägermeister Cold Brew! In the hipster city that is Austin, Texas - coffee shops have introduced me to so many different styles and unique blends of coffee drinks and milk alternatives. I decided to go with one of my favorite beverages, “Golden Milk.” Introducing coconut turmeric milk to the mix adds a beautiful dimension of spice and texture that plays off the coffee cocoa notes in Jager Cold Brew! We haven’t hit gold yet, though! With the addition of agave spirits as well as cinnamon, we’ve now step this sucker up. Now you have yourself a righteous GOLD BREW!

My name is Robert Bjorn Taylor. I have been a part of the Hospitality community for 17 years. I started in Houston, Texas, as a barista but soon found myself bar backing at my favorite bar. I never thought of it as a career, but soon enough, it became a part of my life. When I moved to Austin, I shifted more towards restaurants and craft bartending ending up in spaces with award-winning staff. By putting myself out there, I manage to gain great knowledge and success from having phenomenal mentors! I’ve had highs and lows. I decided to go sober in late 2019. It changed my outlook on the industry and community. As we get older, our world view changes; it is sharpened through various experiences. I was open to having tough conversations about our industry. Whether equality, race, mental health, the whole gamut of it, I knew it was time to have an open dialogue about it. I feel like many of us came to this conclusion, especially within this last year's pandemic we had to face it. Today I use my network to promote a healthier hospitality industry lifestyle. I use it to promote POC/BIPOC/LBGTQ women to connect mentors and those who seek mentors, those who want to share and create a better community! I use my creativity to create cocktails with spirit and without. We have to nurture our community to feed positivity to be inclusive, and build a much more diverse and creative community.
