1.5 Apple brandy
2 dash Apple bitters
Ice: Large ice cube
Garnish: Orange twist
Build-in an old-fashioned glass. Add as large a lump of ice as will fit. Gently stir to chill. Express the oils from the orange twist over the drink and decoratively place it in the glass. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks:
The Jägermeister is acting as a bittering agent as well as the sweetener in this Old-Fashioned variation. Ice is nice, but this drink can be enjoyed as a scaffa as well. (Scaffa is a neat or room temperature cocktail). Fill your favorite flask with it and have it at the ready throughout the holiday season.
