
Jägermeister Sour
An elevated classic sour variation with a velvety texture highlighting German provenance incorporating Kirschwasser.

Ingredients
- 1 part Jägermeister
- 1 part Kirschwasser
- ¾ part simple syrup
- ¾ part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part egg white
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Method
Combine egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup, Kirschwasser, and Jägermeister to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with Angostura bitters & grated cinnamon.
