Hey Anna, what about you're city inspired you to create this fantastic cocktail?

New Orleans is a dining city. It's imperative not to let your fancy, buttery, meaty, DELICIOUS dinners knock you out before the night begins. This drink should give you a raison d'etre.
This city is also many things at once. Bitter, sweet, cold, hot, thick, and wet.

What do you love most about your city?

Our community!

What does hospitality mean to you?

Hospitality means making sure people feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. If this step is missed, nothing else matters.

Grab your tools, and let's make it together!

Anna made her first Manhattan for her mother at a young age. She has always been interested in influencing merriment. Finding her community and then, gradually, her calling behind the bar in New Orleans, she dove deep into its porous landscape and found her niche in “fine diving” as an operating partner of a bar that bares her name.
