Hey Ashley, what inspired you to create this amazing cocktail?
When I think of summer, I think of tiki cocktails. I wanted to create a riff from one of my favorite tiki cocktails, the
Mai Tai. I think Mai Tais are the perfect summer cocktail whether you are out at the bar with friends or even just
poolside enjoying the sun. Summer fruits and citrus immediately hit my mind and I think the ones I chose for this
cocktail complement each other well. This drink is supposed to feel like you are walking down the riverbank of
Cincy on a hot summer day. Being by the river, feeling the breeze off the water, and enjoying the amazing ambiance
provided by the city's skyline. Treating each moment like a little vacation.

What do you love most about the city?
The City what I love: Cincinnati is so diverse. There is a perfect spot for everyone. During the summertime, the city
is bright and full of life from its incredible mosaics painted on the sides of buildings in Over-the-Rhine, to the radiant
flowers that grow in the gardens across the city and covering the riverbanks. There is always something to do
whether it's going to a sports event, a food festival, the local flea markets or around the corner is Oktoberfest!
Cincinnati holds the second largest Oktoberfest in the world, next to its sister city Munich! With this comes great
food and most important, great beer!
