Inspiration
With fall, bring pumpkin spice everything! I did a version of this a few years back with Jagermeister original, and it was delicious. With the addition of Jägermeister Cold Brew Coffee, I wanted to try again with the addition of coffee flavor. The build is just like a Ramos Gin Fizz, one of my favorite classics to riff on, and has done many variations over the years, from flavors inspired by a day at the spa to breakfast cereal and candy infusions. I hope you enjoy it! Prost!

Mathias's Tips & Tricks
For an additional twist, infuse some chai tea into the bourbon, about one teabag per cup of bourbon. Steep up to 24 hours and strain and infuse some chai tea flavors into the drink. Are you Anit-Pumpkin spice?? You can swap out the pumpkin spice syrup for simple, brown sugar or even cinnamon syrup using the same build.
