10-part Soft Serve Ice Cream
1.5-part Jägermeister Cold Brew
1.5-part Pineapple Gum Syrup
Tablespoon Coconut Cream
Tablespoon Toasted Coconut
Glass: Hurricane/Tiki (Collins Will Work)
Garnish: Toasted Coconut, Coffee Bean, Pineapple Slice, Whip Cream
Method: Combine in blender and pulse 20-30 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish.
Make Homemade Whipped Cream
2 table spoons confectionary sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Method: Place metal mixing bowl and whisk into freezer for 15 minutes. Add sugar to bowl and whisk in the cold heavy whipping cream until you reach stiff peaks. Store in airtight container. To use whip again for 10-15 sec, add to zip lock bag, cut corner and squeeze on top of the drink.
