Tips & Tricks
If you’re not using freshly squeezed juice this drink does not shine like it should. Even using juice that has been juiced with a hand juicer makes such a big difference in how smooth and fluffy this drink comes out.

Hey Emma, what inspired you to create this amazing cocktail?
As soon as I tried the Jäger Cold Brew, I knew I wanted to make a cocktail with it. My first taste immediately brought me back to drinking Havana Sunrises (OJ and fresh espresso) at the now-defunct Tobacco Bowl. I knew firsthand how the sweetness of the orange juice balances the bitter notes of the coffee and I found myself wanting to create a little healthy competition for the Irish Coffee San Francisco is so well known for. Pulling inspiration from the rich Italian history the City has, I came up with this San Francisco riff on a modern classic, the Garibaldi.
What do you love most about the city?
What I love about my city: San Francisco, from the moment I touched ground, felt like home. People have things to say about the city, but when you come here and welcome all its edges, people, beauty, and flaws, this City will welcome you back. SF is full of so much rich cocktail history that if you find yourself in a well-stocked bar, you can drink your way through its history on a foggy afternoon. I love being part of such a vibrant community teeming with creativity and art and history, knowing that at any point I could come across a local legend or someone who influenced the modern cocktail movement.
